After you have decided on the memorial glass keepsake that will be perfect for you, add it to your cart. If you choose to customise your glass memorial please include your instructions at the bottom of your online order form in the section marked 'Notes and special requests'.

After your order has been placed

Once your order is placed you may make an EFT (electronic bank transfer) using our banking details at the bottom of your invoice. Your invoice will also contain the address the small sample of ash needed to create your memorial should be send to. We will only need a very small amount, about two teaspoons. All unused ash will be returned to you with the completed piece.

Ashes in Glass will e-mail you when we receive the ashes and before we post the final product back to you. Ashes in Glass prefer to use Postnet to Postnet for all our cremation glass memorials when shipping in South Africa. We find them very reliable and their charges reasonable, please enquire at your local branch for costs from and to your location.
